Conversion of an industrial site into a mixed-use project

The project aims to convert a former automotive workshop into a residential development by attempting to reconcile the generosity of the spaces to be created with the preservation of the existing buildings. To achieve this, a reduction in the density of the constructed parts will be carried out while maintaining those with heritage significance, in order to create a large communal garden around which the new housing units will be arranged. This garden will serve to create a buffer space between the residences and the neighbourhood while providing a cool area for the entire block. All ground floors will be repurposed to offer a mix of uses, activating both the public space and the interior of the block (community hall and laundry facilities).
